A Plant-Based Diet mission is to tackle health issues through food by encouraging healthier eating and drinking habits.
And because alimentation is a mix of cultural, hedonic and social factors, we wanted to step away from the health and nutrition usual medical design to give the book a high-end look. Eating healthy should be rewarding from the recipes to the stomach!
This book is in collaboration with a very cool Nutritionist Doctor, my mother.
